If diet and exercise never change your legs, the problem may not be willpower

Lipedema is missed for years and mistaken for a weight problem. In a free 30-minute online session, Prof. Dr. Ferit Demirkan explains it in plain language and answers your questions live.

Is this session for you?

  • If you have been trying for years

Your legs and hips do not change however carefully you eat or train. The reason may not be your effort.

  • If nobody has given you an answer

Pain, tenderness, easy bruising and heavy legs are the signs of lipedema that get overlooked most often.

  • If you are thinking about surgery

Hear what it realistically achieves, where its limits are and what recovery is like, without a sales pitch.

A limited number of free consultations

Alongside the webinar, a small number of free one-to-one consultations are offered to those who ask for one.

  • Applications are reviewed by the surgical team and selected by medical suitability, not first-come-first-served and never by lottery.
  • Selection happens before the webinar, so you attend to learn, not to compete for a place.
  • Applying is optional. You can register for the webinar without it.
